Dear Potential Sponsor,
Southern Cultural Alliance will be hosting the Creole Crawfish Festival, April 16 & 17, 2010. Festival will be located in Southaven, MS at the Southaven Arena at Hwy 51 and Goodman Rd. We are expecting a large number of out of town people along with many people from our local community to come and enjoy Cajun/Zydeco bands from southwest Louisiana and blues from Mississippi, fresh boiled crawfish, gumbo competition, kidz art exhibit, art and craft vendors, Zydeco dance instruction and Zydeco dance contest, drawing for Zydeco Cruise for 2 on Sat., event t-shirts on sale, and much more. You won’t want to miss being a part of this exciting community event.
We are currently seeking sponsorship support. Varied sponsorship levels are available. Sponsors will receive advertising benefits in newspaper ads, Creole Crawfish Festival website, company logo on event t-shirts and display your company banner at festival.
Our hopes are that you too will take pride in this family friendly event. Festival proceeds benefit ‘No Music Left Behind’ program that recycles band instruments into playing condition donating them to deserving students, schools and musicians in North Mississippi.
Proudly sponsored by Southern Cultural Alliance a 501(c)3 non profit organization. Community support is needed and appreciated. Your support is tax deductible as allowed by law.
